Services & Pricing

-We understand that some may be uncomfortable with the idea of their pup in a crate which is why we have our no crate service at an upgraded price where your dog will be serviced straight through. There is a section in the FAQ section called 'Why do you quote 1-5 hours for every dog service that includes a bath?' that explains why crates are used in our standard services in case you wish to compare. 

-You will drop your dog off for their service and they will be groomed straight through with no breaks in a crate.

-We will explain at drop off how long the service should take and when you will need to come back. We will typically text/call with plenty of time remaining to give you a head start before your dog is done. 

These prices are added on to the base price that your dog would be at for their service. Example: $75 Base Price + $20 No Crate Service= $95

No crate service final  price will be determined once the pet groomer evaluates your dog at drop off (Rough estimates below) 

-Small/Medium- $15-$30

-Large/Extra Large-$30-$50

-If the appointment is cancelled less than 12 hours before the appointment time (this includes late drop off resulting in cancellation) the next appointments will require a deposit when booking your dog into the schedule. Read below for more details

-The first time the appointment needs to be cancelled less than 12 hours before the appointment will be waived and there is no extra requirement needed. Things happen, we understand.

-The second time the appointment needs to be cancelled less than 12 hours before the appointment will require a 50% deposit while booking the next appointment that will go towards the remaining service cost. Cancellation will result in losing the full 50%.

-The third time the appointment needs to be cancelled will require a 100% full payment deposit when booking the next appointment. Cancellation on that appointment will result in losing the full payment deposit made.

Any future cancellations due to late arrival will simply remain at the 100% full payment deposit when booking your pets appointment. If there are no late arrivals within 1 year since your last cancelled appointment, it will return to needing no deposits while booking your pets appointments until the next cancellation.

Late Drop-Off

-If you are late at the set drop off time, the service may be cancelled as it won't give the pet groomer enough time to service your dog before the next pets arrive. We understand things happen and you may call/text to let us know how late you may be running and if they can still be serviced; on occasion it can work out.

Late Pick-Up Fees

-If you are late past the set pick up time, there will be a $10 fee after the first 10 minutes, and an additional $1 every minute after. In certain circumstances, if permission is granted by you to crate your dog while waiting for your arrival, the fee will be waived.
